| 1/4 | c | Butter |
| 1 | Beaten egg | |
| 1 | ts | Grated orange rind |
| 3/4 | c | Orange juice |
| 2 | c | Chopped cranberries |
Recipe by: Governor Christine Todd Whitman, New Jersey In a blender, mix together dry ingredients. With 2 knives or pastry blender cut in butter. Add egg, orange juice, rind, and berries.
